Our vintage Milwaukee Road train caboose is converted to a charming hot dog stand. the train itself is the kitchen and we built a deck and have picnic tables seating 40 people.It is a seasonal restaurant serving Vienna hot dogs The Country Dog or classsic Chicago, fabulous Merkts Cheddar Burgers, fries, Hand-dipped Corn Dogs, soft serve Ice Cream,Black Cow's. We bought a 1952 train caboose, sandblasted, painted, gutted and converted into a bright red, colorful, vintage, road side favorite!
